TeachChildren.com was founded in 1999 on the idea that reading and writing skills are the foundation on which every childs educational success is built. Children have an innate ability to learn these skills very early on, starting from the time they are babies, through preschool and then the early elementary grade levels.
It is the responsibility of parents, grandparents and other concerned adults to make sure the children they care about most receive the proper learning opportunities during these crucial years.
